Yes. Your data syncs across all platforms. A stock movement logged on the Android app is immediately visible in your Google Sheets and the web app. All access points read from the same data source.
Yes. One account works across all platforms and devices simultaneously. Your team members each sign in with their own Google account and see shared data in real time.
The Google Sheets add-on requires a Google account (personal Gmail works too, not just Workspace). The mobile apps and web app also use Google sign-in but run independently of the Sheets interface.
If your team already works in Google Sheets, start with the Marketplace add-on - it installs in under a minute. For field teams who need mobile-first access, the Android or iOS app is the faster choice.
